This declaration contains the indication of the regulations and directives complied with by Robopac Sistemi S.p.A. regarding the processing of personal data of users of the website www.Aetnagroup.com .
As the site in question works and is located in the Italian territory, the information and data relating to users of the site shall be treated by Aetnagroup S.p.A. in compliance with the Italian regulations transposing Directives 95/46/EC and 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and Council, in accordance with Italian legislative decree No. 196 dated 30 June 2003 as amended and added.

Robopac Sistemi S.p.A. informs the website users that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below, and to keep users informed on news, promotions, contests and on the activities of Robopac Sistemi S.p.A. in general.
Aetnagroup S.p.A. will use the collected data to:
a) implement the sale or assignment contracts for the provision of services (supply of goods or services);
b) direct marketing activities, also by sending newsletters, Mms or Sms messages or other types;
c) market research and other research useful for the improvement of products or services.
The data collected will be processed in electronic or paper format and be protected by appropriate security systems and constantly updated and stored in a safe and controlled environment.
For the treatment of these data, Robopac Sistemi S.p.A. shall comply with the provisions of the Guarantor Authority with the General Authorisation provision no. 2/2007 as amended and added. In this case, the consent of the person concerned must be provided in writing, using the appropriate form, which will be delivered at the time of activating the service.

The provision of the data is optional, except in cases in which the data collected are to be used for executing a contract or service requested by the user. In this case, any refusal by the person concerned to provide the data, entails the impossibility for Aetnagroup S.p.A to fulfil the assignment.
Aetnagroup S.p.A may also deem as compulsory the processing of data of the person concerned for sending newsletters to ensure the person concerned takes part in certain commercial initiatives.

Entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be disclosed and who may become aware of the data in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of processing, and the scope of dissemination of said data.

The personal data that are entered by the user will be known and used by employees of Robopac Sistemi S.p.A. only for the purpose of executing the activities that constitute the reason for which the data were collected (e.g., executing contracts for the sale or supply of services, or for sending newsletters). Marecchia, 59 47826 Villa Verucchio (RN), which the persons concerned may contact in writing to exercise the rights arising from art. 1) to obtain the indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools; details of the data controller, subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them; 2) obtain updating, rectification or integration of the data, deletion, transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including those which do not require storage in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, certification that the requested operations have been brought to the attention, also with regards to their content, of those to whom the data were provided or disclosed, except in the case where such fulfilment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected; 3) object, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data that concern him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, or the processing of personal data that concern him/her for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sale or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The website www.Aetnagroup.com (the "Site"), is administered by Robopac Sistemi S.p.A. The Webmaster is an Italian company with registered office in Via Verdi, S.P. Marecchia, 59 47826 Villa Verucchio (RN), Tax Code and VAT No. 02691590406 - REA PU no.##REA## –  Reg. € ##CAPSOC## fully paid up

The Webmaster provides services via internet for the collection, storage, organisation, processing and data processing in general, including information of a personal nature, inside a database accessible via the Internet by means of the Site (the "Database").
