Rotoplat 3000 LD
Fully automatic pallet stretch film wrapping machine with rotating turntable for wrapping palletized loads with polyethylene stretch film.
Every pallet stretch film machine from Robopac Sistemi can be fitted with a power pre stretch film delivery system which reduces film usage by up to 50% compared with hand film wrapping and substantially increaretch ratio adjustable by changing gears.
The 3000 LD stretch film wrapping machine enjoys a shorter installation time and reduced investment compared to the 3000 HD model which is more suited to higher duty cycles.
All ROTOPLAT series pallet stretch film machines give outstanding service due to the turntable being mounted on a high quality ball bearing slewing ring with close coupled pinion drive for minimum backlash and maximum durability.
Platform rotation speed, acceleration and deceleration are controlled by a frequency inverter; this guarantees that the turntable always stops in correct position regardless of the load weight and ensures it is always aligned with the infeed and outfeed conveyors, assuring correct pallet supply and unloading. This soft start and soft stop also helps with film wrapping unstable loads.

 | TOP SHEET COVER (OPTION) TOP device to cover the pallet with polyethylene film. The film is prepared during the normal wrapping cycle so that the machine stop time to place the top cover is reduced to a minimum. Production capacity is slightly reduced. The unit is supplied with its own support structure so it can be easily installed on wrapping lines as part of the wrapping lines as part of wrapping cycle or as a stand alone unit. |

"ROPING" DEVICE (OPTION) Device that reduces the film strip into a "rope" to ensure more efficient load stabilisation by making the load and pallet a single homogenous unit.
