Masterplat Plus LP Wrapping machine with low profile turntable
Masterplat Plus LP is a turntable wrapping machine for wrapping products with stretch film in vertical. The operator can access from every side and load the machine with hand pallet truck via the suitable ramp or using a forklift truck. Masterplat Plus LP includes a thin turntable, only 30 mm thick, which allows to avoid frequent accidental bumps with the fork of the forklift truck and an easy loading. It is also suitable to save space thanks to the reduced dimensions of the new ramps and the quality of the new patented disc rolling system gives the machine a great reliability.

DETAILS
FRD CARRIAGE
Film carriage with mechanical brake manually adjustable to set the film tensioning. Brake engagement- release device to facilitate hooking the film to the base of the pallet.
PGS CARRIAGE
The PGS film delivery device is equipped with a powered fixed gear (250%) pre-stretch system. A wide range of additional gear sets can also be purchased (150%-200-300%).

Mechanical roping device
Film roping system useful to increase stabilization and containment of the product.
The reel descends from top to bottom thanks to a special electric motor present on the reel carriage.
The height of the film band and the enabling of roping are adjustable through the touch screen control panel.

Mechanism that, through pneumatic cylinder, creates a bead of film useful to increase the containment and stabilization of the pallet.

Top presser for the stabilization of light products.
Available in two versions: mechanical and pneumatic.
FILM AUTOMATIC CUTTING
The machine can be equipped with a film cutting device that increase the work efficiency in terms of time and makes the operator’s work easier.
